Our business strives to bring the freshest burger to your town. We keep an open kitchen design to include all of our customers in the process that brings quality food to your table. We start by grinding our meat in house daily from fresh, hand selected brisket. We also cut our fries by hand daily from a low starch gourmet kennebec potato. Once golden brown, we toss some of our house made seasoning and BOOM, PERFECTION!
